1. Kam shakkar khaye
vajan kam karane ke lie shak‍kar yuk‍ta cheejon ka sevan kam karana chaahie. motaapa kam karane ke lie aapako shak‍kar se banee mithaiyon aur chokalet se dooree bana kar rakhana chaahiye k‍yonki ye aapake shareer ka metaabolij‍ma dheema kar dete hain.

2. aahaar mein len proteen
motaapa ghataane mein proteen ka kaaphee yogadaan hota hai. yadi aap non vej nahin kha sakate to proteen ke lie paneer, dahee, daalen aur raajama ka sevan karen. proteen aapakee bhookh ko dabaata hai jisase baarabaar khaane kee chah kam hotee hai. 

3. green tee ka sevan karen
shareer ke metaabolij‍ma ko badha kar motaapa kam kiya ja sakata hai. isake lie aap din mein do se teen baar green tee ka sevan karen. aisa karane se phait tejee se barn hoga.



4. roj karen ek‍sarasaij
motaapa kam karane ke lie shareer ko ek‍tiv rakhana behad jarooree hai. samay milane par voking, joging ya seedh‍iyaan chadh kar phait barn karen.


5. garm paanee pien
shareer kee gandagee ko baahar nikaalane ke lie garm paanee peena behad jarooree hai. jab aapaka shareer ditok‍sa hone lagega tab metaabolij‍ma badhane lagega aur aap spatale hone lagenge.
